2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
Return request is raised within 2–3 days of delivery
Product is unused and in original packaging with all accessories and invoice
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products (not due to transit)
Products without original packaging or invoice
Software, licenses, or customized orders
Bulk/enterprise orders (unless defective)
4. Replacement Policy
Eligible products will be replaced after inspection
Replacement is subject to stock availability
In case of unavailability, a suitable alternative or refund will be offered
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
Amount will be credited via the original payment method

Share product images/videos (if damaged/defective)
Our team will verify and approve the request
Arrange pickup or guide you for return shipment
7. Shipping Charges
Return shipping is covered by TS Infocon Pvt. Ltd. only for defective or incorrect products
For other cases, shipping costs may be borne by the customer
8. Warranty Claims
Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be serviced through authorized service centers
